Surprise, Surprise, Surprise. Surprise Arizona is hotter than a chili pepper. New, first time buyers and veterans are buying up everything available. Each listing I put on the MLS receives an automated log ball offer within hours. It is worth the drive, it is no longer just a sea of homes, retail is moving in fast to fill the voids of empty corners. This is making it easy to get that forgotten gallon of milk at midnight. Did I mention the prices are rock bottom low. That's right, the current owner probably paid cents on the dollar to buy the home during the recession and can now afford to sell the house at a price that is cheaper than you can build it. Call me for information on Surprise and we can go see some great homes.
